FDA 2030: The folk tales mentioned in Things Fall Apart are part of a tradition that passed on crucial values and lessons. If you could leave a message in a bottle to future generations of students teaching them vital lessons, what would they be? Or, what would you want them to know about 2010?
A lesson that I would like to teach to future generations I believe is crucially important. A bottled message I would have would say the follow “Prioritizing is a major priority even though your top priorities may not be perceived as significant as you believe them to be. When prioritizing keep in mind that others will never be concerned about the amount or type of work you have to do. Always keep in mind that you would be stressed out and tired when you have successfully prioritized and completed all tasks expected of you”.
ReplyDeleteI want future generations to understand that life is never easy. To be and do the best one can, a person has to make big sacrifices. From my experience, I have made big sacrifices. My sacrifices include: receiving one or two hours of sleep every night and being exhaustingly tired in the morning time. Tasks I believe to be important may not seem as important in other’s point of view. There is always a conflict about me “seemingly not doing anything important” although I am doing major assignment expected of me.
I also want future generations to understand that they are not the only ones who can be flexible with their schedules. Sometimes while prioritizing I choose to do assignments a certain time to be “flexible” with my schedule to gain back sleep I have once missed. I then came to a realizing that others can be flexible with my schedule as well and push due dates ahead of what is expected. It is not the fault of the person assigning the assignment but it is the fault of you by not meeting oppressive deadline.
To make a long story short, I want future generations to under that life would never be easy and to be prepared to expect the unexpected. Good things in life never come easy and people have to learn how to endeavor in everything they do. I also want the future generation to know that they are not the only ones who are in control of their schedule and they have to learn to deal with it although it may seem to be oppressive and unfair. I basically want the future generation to stay strong when they are feeling stressed out and overwhelmed.
The book Things Fall Apart shows how important tradition, family, culture, and religion is to them. Things such as folktales, passed on lessons that anybody can learn. Simple lesson such as what goes around come around, you can bring a horse by the water but you can't make it drink, etc. I can have many lessons I can say to future generations of students. However, the main lesson I would have to say is value education or knowledge is power.
ReplyDeleteIn the U.S, we don't take education seriously and we don't value education. We focus more on the economy, fashion, music, etc. Most young people in this time, don't think about education because maybe they don't have a strong role model or no role model, materials they see on television, and their family life. In today times, getting just a high diploma is not enough to get a job. Also, because the economy is bad, many people are getting laid off and loosing their jobs. On top of all of this, college is expensive, so you have to do well in high school to earn scholarships. People who hire people for jobs look for people who have master degrees and that cost a lot of money and years of school. You have to prove yourself that you are the best and you have to work hard to succeed in life. When you become an adult, you want to be a good role model for children and your children so they will not grow up lost and confused when they get into the real world. I am happy that my parents set high standards for myself and my brother because it teach us to get a steady job and take care of ourselves and if so, take care of our children.
Another lesson I have to say is life is hard and people make life hard. There is always people you are going to meet in life and make your life difficult from being a child getting bullied, having rumors about you, getting into fights, etc to your adult life. However, you can't let this things get to you because that just show the person you are weak and you allowing them to make your life worst. If you face that person in a mature and non- violent approach, it let the person know that your not a doormat and you can't allow them to treat you mean.
In conclusion, value education. Life is going to be hard, however, keep a high self-esteem of yourself and be the best person you can be. Always follow the gold rule: "Do unto others as they would do unto you."
First off in the book things fall apart the African culture would pass things on as part of tradition I would tell future generations is to live in the moment because time goes by fast. I would tell them how in 2010 there is much history to learn such as the twin towers and the 2009 inauguration and other things such as pearl harbor and world war 1 and 2. I would also say that life is hard. In the world there is much diversity poverty violence and struggle. though life can be hard it can also be a wonderful place to live a once in a lifetime experience. I would talk about how the generation now dosen't always focus on what hey should like instead of test we focus more on the internet video games and on hanging out with friends if kids today focus on what they should like school jobs and going somewhere there wouldn't be dropping out killing each other and living on the streets.I would also like to tell them that life isn't always easy when your a kid there will always be one other thing to worry about.
ReplyDeleteI would also like to comment on something christal said which is "value education" I think that this is most important because you will hardly get anywhere in life without a education everything you do will require you to have some type of education. Some people say school is hard work because of all the things you have to do to get out like regents and other test and dropout but I think that if you put all your effort into it there's no way that you can fail and that think twice about you future because if school is hard life is going to be much harder without your education. I would also tell future generations about the economy and as a result many people lost their jobs because of this. the last thing i would talk about is to enjoy life always strive for exellence always focus on what you have to because it will help you stay on track to realize your goals.

ReplyDeleteIf I could leave a message in a bottle for the future generations teaching them a vital lesson I would write that kids should not follow a crowd to get notice in school For example, If you are the kid that does not have a lot of friends, not known by the whole school etc you should not try to get known by hanging out with kids that are so called “Popular” kids or kids that are liked by the whole school. If you hang out or try to be like the “Popular” Crowd you might be let down the wrong path and that’s the path you should stay away from. Yes you will get a lot of friends and get known by the whole school but you will regret how you got into that crowd, may be to get in the crowd you would have to hurt someone, steal something, Smoke, drink and more, you would do some or these things because the others are doing it and it can lead you to mess up your life or body. This is something that is called peer pressure, a state where your friend or school mate would try to pressure or influence you to do something that your know isn’t right, they are many ways they try to pressure you, they would say that “all the cool kids are doing it or its good for you or also its not going to hurt and all of the traps they are trying to set is wrong because smoking or drink is not good for you and it is going to hurt you and all the cool kids are fool because they are not realizing that its not going to help them in any way shape or form. If you are doing the right thing, staying out of trouble, hanging with people that are your true friends and that will lead you in the positive direction then you are cool if not then you are just a fool without a mind of his/her mind and you can be easily influenced into a downhill lifestyle. So my message to the kids in the later years or future is to make the right decision because it can save your life from going downhill.
In Things Fall Apart there are folktales passed down from generation to generation to teach kids how things became to be the way they are or a deeper meaning of why they should or should not do something. I believe that this is a good, and entertaining traditional way to inform kids of what they are curious about and what they need to know to shape their moral values.
ReplyDeleteIf there was one message I could tell future generations, it would be to cherish the moments but do not live in them. This is an important message because even though there are memories and past events that are wished to be repeated the present is taking place and you need to be aware of what is happening in the now so you do not regret something not done or said. This is a quote that I try to follow every day as my philosophy ever since eighth grade. It is quite difficult for people that do not want to let go of things that are valuable to them and were once great. This quote can be applied to many sections of life.
A person that can live by this quote is President Barack Obama. He is the first African-American president of the United States. He has a huge affect and influence on many people in the US and around the world, he is probably extremely proud that he is an icon and doing great things but when he steps down from his presidency he should continue to do great things instead of saying I accomplished a lot and I am content with that. He could use his presidency as an influence to help him continue doing great and influential things throughout his life.
I apply this quote to my relationships and academics. Though I had an affectionate past relationship I tend to think of the good and bad times in my past relationship instead of focusing on the future relationships. That is why I try to live by this quote. With my academics instead of dwelling on the good scores I get I try to maintain the high scores.
Though the memories maybe the best you know live in the present to find out the future.
Leaving a message in a bottle is very old-fashioned, but if I could leave a message to future students, I would tell them that school may seem boring but you have to coup with it and just get through it. This may be a little cliché but it’s the truth. Without school or any type of education they wouldn’t know anything about the pass. For example they wouldn’t know who Barack Obama is, how African Americans went thought slavery, and much more. Another message I would tell future students is to never let anyone lower your self-esteem, I say this because once you let them get to you that way them you’ll start to doubt yourself as a person. But don’t become a big headed person. In other words don’t become full of yourself because your really smart or if your tall, etc. This can cause you to move past people in a good way, but those same people you past when moving up in your career, you can past going down in your career. In the year 2010 the people have seen many things. The first is remembering the pervious decade and beginning to start a brand new one at the same time. We are also in our second year under our first black president. Also in 2010 thirty-three miners near Copiapó, Chile, trapped 700 meters underground in a mining accident in San José Mine, are brought back to the surface after surviving for a record 69 days. 2010 was a very exciting year for America and hopefully the next decade will be as exciting as the start of this decade. My messages may seem old but they can be helpful no matter what year you live in I believe. Another piece of vital information I would give to future students is to always be respectful. I say this because respect can take you many places in life and it can open up many doors as well. It also shows that you know how to treat others and others will soon treat you the same way you treat them. If I ever have the chance to send a message to future students this is what I would tell them.
ReplyDeleteIn life there are many vital as well as extremely important lessons and values that we must behold. These lessons and values are passed from generation to generation in order to guarantee understanding of the significance of them. Everyone learns the importance of using your manners properly and life lessons like that, but if I had the opportunity to send a message about a vital lesson to the generations of students after me, I would tell them how important it is to get a full education.
ReplyDeleteThe subject of whether or not an education is required to be successful is debatable, but in my opinion, it is definitely required. At least in this country…But since there are students learning all over the world, I will continue to stress the statement of how difficult it is to manage without a full education. The students of today who do value education know the significance of it because their parents, grandparents, etc. instilled in them the will to learn at a young age. Those who lack the determination and motivation to be successful were deprived of a lesson in values. To be able to tell future generations about how important it is to receive a good education would be quite an achievement. In this day and age it is difficult to survive in a world that moves forward, if you are behind. And because we are neglecting the lessons that need to be taught to the generations after us, things will only get harder. An education will be more necessary in the future for the students after me, than it is now.
Not only is it important to get an education, but we have to learn to encourage each other. In this day and age, the people of my generation fail to help each other when it comes to certain situations. Often enough, I see my fellow students following behind someone that does not have aspirations to get an education, rather than behind someone who wants to be successful. When I do find someone who wants to be successful, flocking with people who don’t, I do my best to encourage them to not be dragged down by the people they are friends with. Unfortunately my efforts are not always successful. If we all stopped paying so much attention to people who became successful on a whim, based on luck and talents…then maybe we might be able to succeed in bringing the value of education up. When my message is sent, and the students of the future understand the immense significance of an education, maybe the students of my generation will as well.
If I could leave a message in a bottle to future generations of students teaching them vital lesson it would have numerous things to say. Students in my generation take everything for granted and don’t realize how good they have it. They are very wasteful; they are many other children in different parts of the world that are starving every day. Another thing is that my generation takes their education for granted also. When it comes to education America is one of the most lowest countries in the world.
ReplyDeleteI would tell the future generation not to take the things they have for granted. If they take in their education they would be able to live a happy and successful life. They shouldn’t be wasteful because other people in the world don’t have as much. If they listen to my message in my bottle the world would become twice as better. If my generation doesn’t start now then the world is going to become a disaster. Our generation need to start becoming role models for the younger generation, if not the next generation is going to become exactly like my generation.
Another huge subject I would tell the future generation is to try your hardest to have peace with other countries. War has affected so many people in life. War has brought greed and depression for many countries. Peace is something that the world needs in a bad way. If we had peace in the world they would be way less more deaths. Every year we lose about 300 soldiers and also lose innocent people in the cross fire of battles. It’s hard to establish peace because of wicked people, their wicked thoughts and greed. However, they must be peace in the world or else there is going to be even more deaths in the world. Hard break and pain is something that no one wants in life so that why we need to live a peaceful world. The bottom line is not to take things for granted and to do good things in life so other generations could follow in our footsteps.

ReplyDeleteThroughout the novel, “Things Fall Apart”, folktales and proverbs were commonly used by author, Chinua Achebe as a way of providing solutions to the people’s problems and connecting the characters mythical world to their real world. I admire the folktales and proverbs Achebe provided in his novel, because not only does it influence the fictional characters in the book, but also the readers who oftentimes can relate their life to Achebe’s folktales and proverbs. The folktales and proverbs used in “Things Fall Apart” were usually past down from generation to generation and serves as lessons and advices to the children who would listen keenly and pay attention to the storytellers.
If I could leave a message that would provide a vital lesson to the future generations of students it would be one of valuable and beneficial information. I would leave with them one of my favorite quotes that serves as encouragement and motivation in my life and hopefully it would influence them just the same way it influence me. My favorite is, “The heights by great men reached and kept, were not obtained by sudden flight. But they, while their companions slept, were toiling upward through the night.” This quote was written by American poet, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, and serves as a source of encouragement in my life, mainly because of the influential words and substantial meaning this quote possesses. What it actually mean is, in order to become successful and achieve your goals, you cannot be lazy and dubious about it. You however, have to show intense effort, dedicated time, and avoid the negative influence from companions to accomplish success. What I wish for the future generation of students is for them to work hard, persevere, and provide a positive contribution to society. My reason being is because a lot of students in today’s society are failing to understand the value of a proper education, the importance of developing good courtesy, and the reason to give back a positive impact to their community.
Maybe if the future generation of students understand or appreciate my message, they can follow my ideas and with no doubt what so ever, they will thrive at success and influence their society with a positive impact.
If I could leave a message in a bottle to the people of the future I would like them to know that the year 2010 was a year of many ups and downs for all the people living in the American society including myself. These generations of young people are certainly more advanced than previous ones. There are so many young people being killed for senseless reasons, so many young girls are becoming pregnant before they even finish high school, and young men are throwing their lives away by committing crimes that put them away for life or make their lives uneasy when they are released. Everybody today knows at least one person who is in one of those three situations. The message I would like to give to people in the future both young and old is that they should not just act or live in the moment but think their actions all the way through before completing them. One person can change the future for so many but they do not realize that until they have already made a big mistake. Today’s world would be a better place if people thought things through before doing it there would be many young children living out full lives instead of laying in caskets, a lot of people would not be serving time in prison for committing crimes and more teens would be graduating high school and advancing to college. The people of the future should also learn to be more selfless and try to help others in need because this is something that is also wrong with people today. Instead of trying to help lift each other up people push others down because they do not want to see them doing good and advancing in life. If more people looked out for the wellbeing of others and not only themselves the world would be more peaceful and full of successful individuals. Acts of selflessness would result in less homeless people on the streets, less poverty and the world would be a better place for all overall. Changes like this in people could have such a great effect on people but there is no way to ensure that people will change their ways so I hope they can take away a lot from this and make the positive changes we need.
ReplyDeleteIf I could leave a message in a bottle to future generations of students teaching them vital lessons I would say that for them to stay focused on what they are trying to pursue. The most important thing to be focused on would be school. It would be them taking interest in it, learning, and doing good. Good as in passing all of their exams, tests classes and completing all of their assignments. Things that are distractions would be getting caught in the in-crowd, making friends, following others, talking to girls/boys (the persons opposite sex), etc. All of these things may seem like they matter when your in high school or any other grades but thats just temporary. I think of it as all of the extra things beside school is all for now. Where as school is determining my future. Which is a big deal. There are many things in this world that could distract a young mind and your job is to try your best to ignore and eliminate them as fast as you can. When you let your distractions get the best of you, thats when you tend to loose focus and interest in school. This causes your grades to decrease and many other issues. Unless you strongly feel that you could balance the two then so be it. But, someone like me can't so thats why a lesson i have learned is to stay focused on whats important and leave out all the things that are not so important. You have to thing about yourself at the end of the day. You have to do whats best for you not anybody else. Because at the end of the day when you really look at all you really do have is yourself and maybe a few others that really care about you. But, they can't set your future for you. They could help lead you to the right path of life but they can't live your life for you. So this is the message i would leave in a bottle for future generations of students which is to stay focused and do whats best for you. If you follow this message, you will have a 90% chance of being successful in life. Also, one other thing i would say is to make smart decisions so when you look back at your life/past you won't regret nor feel bad about anything. Do the right thing and don't be a fool, stay in school. :)
ReplyDeleteThe folk tales mentioned in “Things Fall Apart” are part of a tradition that passed on crucial values and lessons. If i could leave a message in a bottle to future generations of students teaching them vital lessons or tell them some things they would like to learn about 2010; I would say
ReplyDeleteTake your education seriously, because it is very valuable and we as the new generation don't value our free education. We like to bring our attention more to the economy, such as music, fashion, and friends. I can truly say that most young teens in this time, do not think about education because they might think there is nothing left bin life for them (which is not true) or they might not have a role model, but even if they do they might not be as strong. Another reason would be they get distracted by material things like television, iPods, cellular phone.
I also think that in this year 2010, my generation fail to help each other when it comes to certain situations. Many people do not know how to lead the pack instead of following it; and from then on you can tell where someone future is headed. Even if you are going to follow someone let it be a positive educational group or a group that will stay out of trouble, rather than behind someone who has no plans or goals in life.
Another message I would leave would be do not throw your lives away, because many have already done so; many teenagers would shoot and kill for dumb reasons like respect. Some would commit crimes that put them away for life or when they come out their lives would not be as easy as it was before they went in. The main message I would leave for people would be “Don’t act on stupidity, but act on Awareness”. Many people today have not thought on this quote and know people that have been through many situations that they should have acted on differently.
In conclusion I would say take my message into good consideration, and either lead a crowd or follow a positive one. I also would say Think before you make every decision in your life.

ReplyDeleteIf I could leave any history to be learned by future generations as Things Fall Apart did in the book, I would leave wisdom and advice. I would tell them every experience I had in the school and strengths it gained during my 4 years. I would tell them some of the great teachers, strict teachers, and some teachers that aren’t complete great at their job. I would tell them how important it is to stay in school and don’t cut classes. I would also tell them try to study hard or do make up work to improve you work. I would also tell them to try challenging course to increase you chance of going to college and making a life. Also try participating in after-school activities or sports, since colleges like that. I would also tell them 2010 was the year the fire black president entered the white house, but it wasn’t such much of year, just a normal one. Another thing I would tell them about FDA during 2010 is trying going on the college tour. You get to visit colleges and have an excuse to miss 3 days of school, but also get to learn about colleges that you maybe interested to attend. Many people don’t have an opportunity to attend school, or parents can’t afford. I would take this as a great opportunity since many kids would love to be living in your shoes. Africa, for instance, education is not that great. And kids during the Haiti Earthquakes lost their schools, and even if they rebuild it, were will they work since the buildings were destroyed. Millions right now, are probably deprived of education due to their governments system. Many people think that FDA is a lame or dumb school since it had no sports, or good clubs, but at least you have a school to attend and they try to get you into college. Being able to even go to school for free is great! And that “Free free” is importance since many kids die of hunger and most schools make you pay for food. So you really shouldn’t think having free food makes you lame unless you want to pay
Dear 2030 High School Scholars,
ReplyDeleteA vital lesson that you can learn is that time waits for no man. By saying this I mean that there is no time for foolishness and petty games. Things that you take for granted can and will turn around and have detrimental consequences if you fool around. Think about anything that has happened to you because you have played around. I know that there was many times where I could have done my work, but I played around. I let my laissez faire habits overtake me and I ended putting my schoolwork on the backburner. Please believe me when I say that there is a time and place for everything. You actually make things harder for yourself when you play games and take things as a joke. You can have fun on the weekend and after you have done your homework. Just get it over with and you won’t have to worry about it for the rest of night. Wouldn’t you want to just get it out of the way? Why worry about doing it when you could be relaxing, or better yet, sleeping? I know that I have definitely learned the hard way for doing things. I have definitely stayed up many nights doing my homework while I could have been sleeping. It sucks to say that I brought upon myself. I wanted to walk around and do other things and then do my homework at like 12 o’clock, sometimes later. Then I would have to wake up and my homework wouldn’t be done completely. I would give it to the teacher and then it would be incomplete. Just thinking about all the dumb things that could have been easily avoided makes me think that I must enjoy making things harder for you. Just be wise, manage your time, and as my father would say govern yourself accordingly. Another thing that should be good to know is that in high school everything is not a game anymore. You cannot play around all the time. There are things that have to be done and there’s not a lot of time to do it. Fours years can go by very quickly.
Yours Truly,
Shannon Gittens.
If I had to leave a message to the future it would be to enjoy youth. Most kids don’t realize how fast time passes. The next thing they know they will be my age leaving a message to the future. Another thing I would tell them is to take there education seriously because everything they do then will affect there future. Another thing I would tell them is to never take anything for granted. You never know what could happen today or tomorrow. Never take anything for granted. And the most important thing I would want them to know is take ever opportunity you get. Any chance you get to better your self take it. When opportunity knocks open the door and let it in. Another thing I would tell them is to never give up. What ever they are doing might be hard now but a lot of the times the end result is worth it. And the last thing I would tell them is practice. Practice makes perfect. If your weak in one field you should try your best to strength that weak point. And one more thing I would tell them is don’t procrastinate. Leaving something to do last minute is never a good idea. Try to get it out of the way as early as possible or at least start and do it in parts. But never leave anything to the last minute because a lot of the times when you leave something to last minute it doesn’t come out as good as it could have been. And when you do something last minute you have no time to make any corrections. So always try to get a head start on your work. One thing I would want to tell the kids of 2030 is that any thing is possible. If Obama could become president who knows what the kids of the future. They could invent things that could change the future. They just have always believe in your self and always have confidence. And every thing they do they have to try there best at it. this is what I would tell the kids of the future.
ReplyDeleteThe folk tales mentioned in Things Fall Apart are part of a tradition that passed on crucial values and lessons. Stories are told by parents and family members to kids in fun and exciting ways teaching them lessons. These stories are known as women stories by OKonkwoI and loved by Nwoye, even though he pretended not to like them so his father could be proud. If I could leave a message in a bottle to future generations of students I would tell them to be hard workers and individuals. I would tell them being your own person is very important and not care about what people think because everyone is a critic and will always have their own opinions no matter what. Some people might think your funny while others might think your boring and no fun to be around. This is why you change yourself for no one unless you honestly believe your changing in order to better yourself. If you change for someone, there is a possibility you won’t be happy with yourself and you will keep on changing and changing in order to be perfect for that person and it’s impossible that you will ever be perfect for them because they are just going to adjust you until they don’t know what they want anymore, while you lose yourself in the process. I would also want them to know the importance of helping others, if there is one thing I pride myself on it would be always wanting to help others. I want to help others so much that when I find myself giving homeless people money, I feel sad afterwards. Not because I regret or feel bad about giving them money but because I want to give them more. I hope that as I get older this is not a quality that I loose. I sometimes wish that more people in this world had this quality. When I get older and hopefully I’m a successful person I just want to help others in need, which is something I would like to instill in my children if I ever have any. As I get older I hope that children of the next generation will have the same feelings, this will allow our society to grow and become a better place.
ReplyDeletei would tell the kids of 2030 how it was like in 2010 . and the school year was like . and tell them that we had to said the scholar creed everday. and how the school went through the year. also tell them that we had a first african -american president. and wear uniform everday in the school year.
ReplyDeleteIf i were to leave a message in a bottle for future generations i would tell the teenagers of that time about mistakes that i made. i would tell them about the experience of watching Barack Obama go into presidency. i would tell them about the civil rights movement and why the election of 2009 was so important to the black community. I would tell them about the attack on 9/11 and how it impacted the american society. i would tell them about the horrors of George Bush and how he destroyed our nation. I would tell them about the Music, Clothes and food we ate, so they can understand our cultures. I would tell them about the religion.
ReplyDeleteI would tell them how it is almost impossible to deal with death. I would tell them about the Gang Violence we experienced. I would show them pictures of the cars we drove and the buses we rode. I would Show them pictures of my family. I would tell them about the schools of my time. I would also tell them about the terrible Brownsville. I would gice them examples about how Brownsville,Brooklyn can ruin your life.
I would express how good a sprite tastes after eating a slice of dominoes pizza. i would tell them about the technology we used (ex; Cell phones, laptops, ipods & ipads.) I would let them know that you need more than just a high school dipoloma to survive. I would tell them about The wars we experinced. I would show them quotations that people like Malcolm X and Martin Luther King JR once stated.
As a teenage girl in the year 2010, life is hard. Many females are against you because of material things. Boyfriends are hard to keep because everyone is always after some other girls boyfriend. Parents dont understand what goes on in a teenagers head, As if they were never in that point of life. Many girls loose there Virginity during their teenage years if not earlier. Teenage Pregnancy was a common thing during this time.
Life in America is Interesting and terrifying all at the same time. Your barely bored but always aggrevated in 2010.
If I were to leave a message in a bottle for future generations I would tell them that you only have one life to live so enjoy life and make the best of it. Have no regrets do your best, and forgive and forget, apologize when you can. Life is too short to have allotted of stress in your life. Live Laugh Love Life would also tell them to get an education because a mind is a terrible thing to waste and you will not get anywhere in life without an education! You need more than just a high school diploma to get a job, you should think about going to college and getting your degrees. Even though you still have your high school and college degrees it's still hard to get a job nowadays. Also Protect your self’s because HIV & AIDS is a big issue in black males and females! They are all catching this disease for having unprotected ex. Have some fellow friends suffering with this massive disease that can kill you and it cannot be cured.
ReplyDeleteLife in America is interesting you meet allot of people and experience allot of things. A Major issue in America is black on black crime, that is still going on and no one is doing anything about it, people getting killed because of their skin color or because of "beef" and gang related conflicts. Also Parental Neglect is another major issue in America, teenage girl’s gettingpregnantt at early ages and has to give their baby up for adoption because they can’t support their child. Also adults are also neglecting their children because they alcoholics or drug attics and can’t support their teens and babies so they give them away or abuse them for no reason, or the children are so stress that they run away. I know some people that have done these things!
I Can Also say Love your family because they are not going to always be their especially your mom! You only get one mother and watch what you say because it can have a big impact on you and you can’t take some things back. Also Love yourself most of all don’t carry yourself in a bad way because people will judge you on how you carry yourself. I most definitely can relate to that
